Bike Fit and Running Assessment in Stillwater, MN.
If you are riding or running through pain, your equipment, your mechanics, or both are working against you. A clinical biomechanical assessment finds the problem and fixes it.
Who this is for.
What a biomechanical assessment includes.
A clinical assessment of your movement patterns on the bike or in your gait. We look at hip and knee alignment, foot mechanics, core engagement, breath, and how the system loads. We identify what is working and what is creating injury risk. From there we build a corrective plan, equipment recommendations where relevant, and exercise progressions.
How this is different from a bike shop fit.
A bike shop fit adjusts the bike to your body. A clinical biomechanical assessment also looks at why your body moves the way it does, and what needs to change to ride or run without pain. Equipment matters, but so does the body. This addresses both.
Hi, I am Dr. Bethany Reuter.
“Enhance” isn't just a name, it's a philosophy rooted in neuroplasticity, the body and brain's remarkable ability to adapt, grow, and get stronger at any stage of life. This requires someone willing to look at the full picture: your history, your goals, your body as a whole, not just the condition that brought you through the door.
My mission is simple. Empower you to keep adapting, keep getting stronger, and keep doing the things that bring you joy, to the absolute fullest capacity.
That's why I'm here. I'm glad you found me.
