A focused vestibular assessment including positional testing, eye movement evaluation, and balance assessment. For BPPV, treatment may resolve symptoms in a single visit using positional maneuvers. For other vestibular conditions, a graded exercise program retrains the system. Most clients see meaningful change within 4 to 8 visits.
