Concussion Rehabilitation in Stillwater, MN.
Most concussions resolve on their own. Some do not. If you are weeks or months out from a head injury and still dealing with headaches, dizziness, brain fog, or exercise intolerance, you do not have to wait it out. Concussion PT is evidence-based and effective.
Concussion symptoms I treat.
What concussion PT involves.
A full assessment of the cervical spine, vestibular system, vision, and exertion tolerance. From there, a graded plan that includes vestibular and oculomotor rehab, cervical spine treatment, progressive return-to-exercise programming, and education on how to manage symptoms day to day.
When to seek concussion PT.
If symptoms are not improving on their own within two to four weeks of injury, or if you have hit a plateau in recovery, that is the right time. You do not have to be recently injured to benefit. Many clients come in months or years after the initial concussion and still see meaningful improvement.
Hi, I am Dr. Bethany Reuter.
“Enhance” isn't just a name, it's a philosophy rooted in neuroplasticity, the body and brain's remarkable ability to adapt, grow, and get stronger at any stage of life. This requires someone willing to look at the full picture: your history, your goals, your body as a whole, not just the condition that brought you through the door.
My mission is simple. Empower you to keep adapting, keep getting stronger, and keep doing the things that bring you joy, to the absolute fullest capacity.
That's why I'm here. I'm glad you found me.
