Sexuality Coaching.
Sexual wellness is health. And yet it is one of the areas most people are least likely to bring up with a provider, not because it does not matter, but because it so rarely feels safe to.
This is that space.
Sessions may explore.
A collaborative, shame-free approach.
Sexuality coaching at Enhance PT is a collaborative, shame-free service designed for people who want more out of their sexual health. More pleasure, connection, confidence, and presence in their intimate lives. Sessions provide a framework that is pleasure focused, utilizes comprehensive sex education, and is designed to empower the pursuit of a sex life that you want.
This is a short-term, action-based approach. It is coaching, not sex therapy or mental health psychotherapy. You do not need a referral, a diagnosis, or a partner to book.
Available for individuals and partners. All sessions are virtual.
Hi, I am Dr. Bethany Reuter.
“Enhance” isn't just a name, it's a philosophy rooted in neuroplasticity, the body and brain's remarkable ability to adapt, grow, and get stronger at any stage of life. This requires someone willing to look at the full picture: your history, your goals, your body as a whole, not just the condition that brought you through the door.
My mission is simple. Empower you to keep adapting, keep getting stronger, and keep doing the things that bring you joy, to the absolute fullest capacity.
That's why I'm here. I'm glad you found me.
